PAYMENT

Full Payment must be made in order to secure the booking for assessment, unless otherwise specified.

CANCELLATION

Cancellations should be advised via email info@LondonDyslexiaCentre.org.uk or telephone 020 3713 4685.

Full refund will be given if cancellation date is more than 14 days before the scheduled event.

If cancellation is received 14 days or less before the scheduled event, the client will be charged 50% of the agreed fee.

If cancellation is received up to 5 working days before the scheduled event, the client will be charged 100% of the agreed fee.

Please note a discretionary administration fee of £100 may be made if you request to transfer your booking to a different date less than 14 days prior to the booking date.

CANCELLATIONS BY London Dyslexia Centre

London Dyslexia Centre reserves the right to cancel bookings for any reason. We will endeavour to give you as much notice as possible and to rebook the assessment as soon as practically possible.

If we do not receive full payment and all requested questionnaires completed and returned by a week prior to the assessment, we reserve the right to cancel the assessment. You will then be required to pay an additional £100 fee to rebook a new assessment date.
