Excellent experience at the London Dyslexia Centre, with Sarah and Batsheva, both of whom are absolutely lovely to deal with as well as being highly professional and efficient. LDC was recommended to me by my daughter's Speech and Language Therapist so I was already confident before we started the process. But they were brilliant from the start: Firstly, I could talk to an EP initially to explain our concerns (whereas other services only offered a non-clinical customer agent). Secondly, they bent over backwards to book my daughter in for an assessment as we were getting more and more evidence that there was an underlying issue. Thirdly, the assessment process was very smooth and well organised - and my daughter liked Sarah :-). A few forms to fill in were shared immediately upon booking, and we were politely nudged to provide anything that was missing. Finally, Sarah completed the paperwork for us in double quick time as we really needed this to help put in place long-overdue support for my daughter.
